The seven-week program begins January 3 and will have you all set to be a non-anxious presence during the holidays. Here’s what’s involved.
 
  • One (1) hour each week, on your own, learning how PQ works.
  • One (1) hour each week in a PQ Pod (cohort) of up to eight people. I will be your Pod Facilitator. You’ll select your available days/times when you register and will be assigned a Pod accordingly.
  • About 15 minutes/day doing PQ reps to strengthen your mental fitness.

This was a terrific program, blending some principles of mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems into a “gamified” ecosystem. The frequent prompts and reminders helped keep us on track, as well as the weekly “pod” meetings where we debriefed on our successes and struggles. Over the past few weeks I’ve been better able to catch myself in Judge mode and respond more skillfully to challenging circumstances and relationships.
