Podcast
The Non-Anxious Leader Podcast focuses on your spiritual, emotional and physical well-being to help you be the best leader possible. Each episode explores research and practical tips to help you be a personal and professional non-anxious presence.
Coaching
I can help you become a non-anxious leader through individual coaching. Each session focuses on the change you seek to achieve for yourself and your organization. We work together through your own anxiety and that of the systems in which you function so that you can lead effective change.
Speaking
I have led workshops and keynotes at events from California to Florida. I can help your group or event to succeed by providing practical and engaging content to help your people become their best. I will work with you in advance to ensure that I understand your goals and how I can help you reach them.
Books
My books help readers to grow as leaders by becoming their best selves. The key to effective leadership is the ability to be a non-anxious presence. You can learn to be that presence in your family and congregation, as well as learn what keeps churches stuck and how to get them unstuck
